A very simple circuit, with practically no irregularities in the terrain, links the bridge of La Palanca de la Seu d'Urgell with the bridge of Alàs following the section of the River Segre that separates both villages. It is a family route very frequented by the residents of La Seu d'Urgell, which runs between orchards, gardens, meadows, and fruit trees, in a riverside area with very interesting views of the Sierra del Cadí (the Cadí range) and the ponentina façade of the village of Seu d'Urgell.
